Today, we are delighted to be joined by Russell Armand (@cryptoguru0101), the Chief Operating Officer of Saitama.
As usual, we will start off with the round of Twitter questions, with the chat being turned off for the time being.

Q1: How did you get the community involved in developing the project? and how do you build a strong community to grow globally?
Russell Armand: We built saitama on a few simple ground rules. Being transparent, progressive and dedicated to building something new to the crypto space.
We wanted to offer an innovative platform as well as educate the public on cryptocurrency
We are a community project even now as a registered company. We encourage the entire 280k holders to be proactive and help spread the Saitama’s vision.
Q2: Will I be able to sell my fitness and nutrition services on Saita Marketplace when it’s released?
Russell Armand: We will have saitamarket place on our platform as part of the Q2 and Q3 rollout. This will act as a way for people to have some services and products on our platform. Merchants and consumers alike can shop through crypto in a virtual setting.
We are also looking to add such functions into our metaverse when after construction is completed 🤩
Q3: So, what are the advantages of SaitamaToken Platform with ERC-20 and how does it maintain adequate transaction fees for users?
Russell Armand: Traditional swap such as uniswap and other set their commission rate very high. This is not including mining fees. Our fees will be much lower. We also offer unique pairings on our platform that can be transacted in saitama token which allows us to bypass the blockchain entirely.
Q4: When Saitamask live, we have to transfer our tokens from Ledger to Saitamask or we keep it on a cold wallet and link it to Saitamask for staking? To make it more understandable, will the token stay on a cold wallet during staking (you only link the wallet to Saitamask) or it will need to be transferred?
Russell Armand: You’ll need to import your seed phrase onto saitamask in order to reap the benefits of our dynamic staking functions as well as transact on the wallet. We are however in the construction process of our own cold wallet and storage device which is extremely cutting edge tech. 🙏
Q5: Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?
Russell Armand: The ideal consumer is for every level of crypto enthusiast. A brand new investor wanting to learn or a seasoned trader. Every function of the platform will be easy and streamline for all to use regardless of experience level. The idea is to have any and every current crypto need under one roof on one app. Gaming, NFT market place, education etc. 👍
Q6: What’s the Roadmap for the next 2 years for the development of Saitama? As there is no roadmap mentioned on the website!

Russell Armand: We have a roadmap for the Saitamask which includes several phase rollout including a card to the crypto payment system. The roadmap on our website is close to completion but the vision is constantly evolving.
Promoting financial literacy and economic stability worldwide, education, gaming, metaverse, and including multiple industries via joint ventures.

Q1: What is your top 3 things for priorities in 2022? Could you share some plans for the upcoming year?
- Token price increase.
- Make Tokens valuable.
- Build community trust.
Russell Armand: To be listed on all major CEX, constant upgrade and innovation to our tech, metaverse construction and philanthropy work around the globe create financial independence from corporate banking.
Q2: Many Project just speaks about their Strengths, Can You share some weakness and problems that your project is Currently Dealing With?
Russell Armand: We are experiencing rapid growth. With that comes growing pains such as overcoming adversity, coordination, and effective communication as well as market manipulation. We face many challenges every day but we remain focused and confident with our vision and execution. We have made mistakes but we constantly learn from them and overcome them.
Q3: Community support is perhaps the greatest part of a project’s prosperity. Most successfull projects like Dogecoin.SHIB.etc have built good connection with users.So what is the plan for pulling in new users and improving the interaction with them ?
Russell Armand: Through our saita social, education platforms, community outreach etc. word of mouth and community involvement has always been our largest catalyst. The community has been absolutely amazing. 🙌
Q4: Security is an important issue with all projects, how do you keeps users’ funds safe when using your products? Do you have an audit plan through a third party?
Russell Armand: We are nearly done with our Certik audit now. We delayed the launch until the audit is fully completed and all findings remedied.
Q5: One of the significant components that advances and supports the existence pattern of a venture its methodical foundation and its productive biological system is the local area. What vital plans do you have set up to keep a local area proactive, drew in and persuaded?
Russell Armand: By continuing our outreach programs and getting people involved. Our team is constantly growing and we encourage engagement. We are all volunteers to this point. We do not receive payment of any kind nor do we have a dev wallet or marketing tax. All of the devs, mods and community have done a tremendous job of grinding towards a common goal with the understanding of the future and how bright it is.
Q6: Is your project easy to operate? What makes your project easy to operate?
Russell Armand: Very easy. Please check out some tutorials from our beta test
Q7: In which countries are you currently targeting your marketing? Are there any plans to enter the Asian market?
Russell Armand: We are global. We have holders and outreach in all corners of the globe. We would like to eventually have chapters for different demographics all focusing on growth within their respective region
Q8: Many new projects develop well at first, but then fail to achieve good results. How will you manage and develop your project to gain a position in the market and become a good project in the blockchain industry?
Russell Armand: By constantly pushing the envelope and creating new and innovative ways to be the leader in tech, blockchain development, gaming and NFT’s.
Q9: Who are the teams on your project? Do they have a good license in their field?
Russell Armand: We all have credentials in our respective fields. I myself have ran multiple businesses over the years and hold MBA in business management and finance.
Q10: Marketing, security, community and partnerships are the most important things for the project. So which issue would you prioritize the most? And do you have a plan to develop all 4 aspects?
Russell Armand: Community is always #1 without a doubt. Security is a close second since we are being I trusted with our investors money, marketing is crucial but happens organically of you do it correctly. Business development and partnerships also plays a huge role in the vision and growth of what we’re trying to achieve. Point is you can’t remove one without the other being effective. It takes all of these pillars to create a successful company.
